LLC “Deklarant” has been operating on the market of Ukraine since 1995. It is a subsidiary of the Company LTD  “Zammler Ukraine which offers a full range of professional services for customs clearance of cargoes, included services provided by a Customs Terminal at the Customs Post “Bila Tserkva” (ТГО №2), which is under control of the Kyiv Oblast Customs.

The modern Cargo Customs Terminal and the Customs Clearance Department cover the total area of  2.5 ha, which includes an Indoor Temporary Storage Warehouse (64 sq. m) a Open-Air Temporary Storage Warehouse (637 sq. m.), and a motor transport arrival zone has 6,100  sq. m. with an option for keeping and searching 60 trucks per day. The zone is under 24 hour of control by security guards and multiple camera viewing. A level of service at the Customs Terminal provides on-going and quality handling of cargo for businessmen, modern means of communication and adequate sanitary conditions. The area of the terminal also includes sanitary and epidemiological inspection, ecological and radiological control.

We have aggregated a wide experience in placing and clearing of goods (home appliances, food, consumer goods, industrial products, chemical products, cars, agricultural equipment, etc.) at different customs treatments (export, import, temporary import/export, processing in the customs area, etc.)
